Order licence
Use of the IT terms requires a valid licence. You can order a licence for your company or for your entire group.
The licence takes effect on the date of your order. After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by the terms files by email.

The licence renews automatically each year, and while it is valid you will receive updated terms by email. Before the licence renews, you will receive a reminder at the email address given on the order form.

A company licence is intended for organisations with the same Business ID.
The order includes the terms and conditions and model agreements in Finnish and English. You will also receive the user guide for the IT terms and the model ethical principles for business.

Members of the rights holders of the IT terms receive a 40% discount on the price excluding VAT. The rights holders are the Finland Chamber of Commerce, Software Finland, the Finnish Association of Purchasing and Logistics LOGY, Technology Industries of Finland and the Finnish Information Processing Association TIVIA. Select your member organisation under "Discount" on the order form.

Educational institution licences / Library licences / Educational use licenses
Educational institutions and libraries may use the IT2026 terms and conditions free of charge for non-commercial educational purposes under an educational licence. The IT2026 terms obtained with an educational licence may only be used for teaching and training purposes. If the terms are used in paid training intended for external participants, a fee equivalent to a company-specific licence will be charged. In that case, please use the form to order a company-specific licence instead of an educational licence.
