IT2022 terms are a collection of general and special terms and conditions to be used by companies that produce information technology services and products.

At this web page we briefly explain some facts about IT2022 terms and how you can purchase a license in order to use them.

IT2022 terms apply to the sale and supply of information technology services and products. IT2022 terms are aimed especially for small and middle size companies.

IT2022 terms may be used as a part of an agreement made between a company suppling information technology services and a company buying those services. A license may be purchased by either one of them.

You will need a license whenever you use IT2022 terms in your business. In addition to IT2022, you may purchase a license for previous versions of the collection, i.e. IT2018, IT2015 or IT2010. With a same license, you will receive the terms both in Finnish and in English.

The sale and distribution of IT2022 terms is handled by the services company of the Finland Chamber of Commerce (Keskuskauppakamarin Palvelu Oy).

The right holders of IT2022 are the Finland Chamber of Commerce, Technology Industries of Finland, Finnish Association of Purchasing and Logistics LOGY, Finnish Information Processing Association TIVIA and the Finnish Software and E-business Association.

Purchase of a license

IT2022 terms may be used as a part of an agreement only with a valid license.

IT2022 terms are sold as a company license or a group specific license. A license is valid for one year from a purchase date and it will be renewed automatically yearly.

After purchasing terms you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After the confirmation of the purchase, you will receive terms and modal agreements in English and Finnish in your e-mail.

Company license

A company license for organizations with same company number.

A license fee per year is 390 € + VAT 24 %

Group license

A group license for organizations that belong to a same group of companies and need access to the terms.

A license fee per year is 1950 € + VAT 24 %

Member discounts

The members of the right holders of IT2022 (the Finland Chamber of Commerce, Technology Industries of Finland, Finnish Association of Purchasing and Logistics LOGY, Finnish Information Processing Association TIVIA and the Finnish Software and E-business Association) are entitled to a discount of 40 % of the license fees.
